The story begins with the founding of the resort by Eriberta Jamorol Saniel, the wife of Flavio Kintanilla Saniel, a farmer from Argao, Cebu. The Saniel family migrated to Tangub City, Misamis Occidental in 1936, and in 1943, after World War II, they moved to Molave, Zamboanga del Sur, and settled in Barangay Tuboran (now Mahayag).

The large swimming pools provided ample space for guests to enjoy and have fun. Children can splash around in the water while adults can relax and unwind with the 5 Peso video karaoke. The cottages they offer for rent can accommodate small to large groups, making it easy for you to host your party. The pricing varies but the medium cottage was about 350 Pesos for the day ($7) well worth the price in my opinion.
